As a student, you will work with a mentor to design a degree plan that meets your educational goals. With everything from sculpture to photography, or graphic design to theater, you can design a program that will not only give you a greater understanding of the history behind your craft, but let you express your own concepts and ideas as well. You will also develop research skills and technical proficiency — elevating your art, and expanding your critical perspective. This degree is only one example of many posible concentrations in the Arts.

To be considered for admission to Empire State College you must:
Have a high school transcript, GED score report/diploma

Demonstrate ability to pursue college-level work through the writing assessment in the application

Online Division offers accelerated, online courses that focus on what you need to know, allowing you to immerse yourself in course material and achieve a feeling of success every 5 ½ weeks.

You can log in to the virtual classroom from any computer at any time. You’ll participate in group discussions via classroom message boards, and have access to multimedia presentations that will enhance your learning experience.

graduate with a minimum, cumulative, final high school CGPA of 1.5 or higher, or hold a General Education Development (GED) Certificate, or associates degree or higher as a prerequisite for admission.
