The ICCOC offers courses during a 16-week term (similar to a normal semester) during the fall and spring. During the fall, spring and summer, two 8-week accelerated terms are offered.



Courses offered during an 8-week term are accelerated and instructors will cover 16 weeks of course material.

High school, colleges attended, or GED scores. Take an entrance exam such as the COMPASS or ACT.

This program requires thirty clock hours of guided field observation and six credit hours of Professional Preparation courses. This program prepares students for transfer to a four-year SUNY institution to pursue initial NYS certification in Adolescence Education (Grades 7-12).

High school diploma or GED. College level placement in English and Reading (Note: Students who need to complete developmental coursework prior to required courses will need additional time to complete the A.A. degree).

This curriculum prepares students to transfer to a 4-year college or university teacher preparation program. It is specifically designed for students who plan to seek endorsement and licensure as teachers in PK-3, PK-6, middle school, or special education.
